I was really nervous about buying. I'd heard so many horror stories about auctions and builders, and I didn't know the first thing. I reached out to National Property Investors because they work with first home buyers.
After a basic assessment, the team referred me to a finance broker who specialises in first home buyer loans and brand new builds. We picked a location and a builder I was comfortable with, and I chose my own features and colour schemes, which I loved.
Finance took one to three months and the build another six to seven. I got everything I could within my budget, I've moved in, and I've already built up equity. I'm over the moon.

No. Many people speak with us before they talk to a lender. We'll explain where finance fits in the journey so you know what to do next.
